Overview

Vitovka is a hill site in Czechia with a recorded launch elevation of 365 m. It works best in southerly and south-westerly winds, and can also work in south-easterly winds. Pilots fly it for ridge soaring and thermal, using foot launch.

  • Very small hill. Apx. 30m. Usually used for practise, but some times U can get high and far. My personal record is 1hour flying and I have got one flight 21km long from this very small hill. Source: ParaglidingEarth
