Overview

Moneylaws is a hill site in North East England with a recorded launch elevation of 143 m. It works best in north-westerly winds. Pilots fly it for ridge soaring and thermal, using foot launch.

  • A good ridge with a steep grass covered face overlooking the Tweed Valley to Coldstream. Works best in a n.n.westerly. The site can produce excellent XC conditions with plenty of flat farmland in front and the Cheviots behind. Source: ParaglidingEarth
